Jan is jealous of Retsu and Ran, who have been taught by new Masters. Meanwhile the Gekirangers, in order to fight the Kenma of the Sea, go to the fourth Kensei to lear the power of the Sea. In order to get to him, they have to cross a river on a boat. Neither Retsu with his technique nor Ran with her will power can cross it…
