Still, Yuri wants to avenge her mother and asks Shima for permission to use the System. Having received an ambiguous answer from Shima, Yuri is just lost in her thoughts about the Ixa System…

The Go-Ongers intend to defeat him while he’s asleep but Speedor and the others can’t recover from the rusting of their last battle. Then the Three Ministers appear. The five heroes confront them without the help of the Enjin but the Ministers are too much for them. Speedor’s rust simply doesn’t come off and Sousuke, fed up, meets his former Director of his racing days, Toujirou.
