Early reports indicated that Takeru Satoh, known to tokusatsu fans for his role in Kamen Rider Den-O, had been cast as the lead swordsman in an upcoming Rurouni Kenshin production, stepping into the role of the wandering former assassin at the center of Nobuhiro Watsuki’s manga.
