Power Morphicon has announced it’s first wave of guests for next year’s event (Aug 12-14, 2016) in Pasadena, CA, and it includes both returning and new guests. Next year’s event will see cast members of both Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger and, for the first time, Gosei Sentai Dairanger! Hit the jump for more information!

Yuuta Mochizuki is best known for his role as Geki, the red Tyranno Ranger, from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger. He will be making his second appearance at Power Morphicon. You can check out one of his panel appearances on Youtube by following this link!

Fellow Zyuranger cast members Seiju Umon , Reiko Chiba, and Takumi Hashimoto will be attending their first Power Morphicon event.

Seiji Umo, known for his role as Goushi, is the (black) Mammoth Ranger.

Reiko Chiba played Mei, the (pink) Ptera Ranger. After Zyuranger, Chiba made her J-Pop debut as a member of Aurora Gonin Musume. Chiba’s voice work includes playing herself in the anime movie Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture and the voice of Cham Cham in the Samurai Showdown video game series.

Takumi Hashimoto played Boi, the (yellow) Tiger Ranger. He later provided the voice of King Ranger in Chouriki Sentai Ohranger and had a role in Denji Sentai Megaranger as a classmate of the Megarangers.

Also featured in his first appearance at Power Morphicon is Keiichi Wada, best known for his role as Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star, in Gosei Sentai Dairanger.

Wada also played the rst Kamen Rider Ryuki, Koichi Sakakibara and Akiba Red in Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger Season 2.

Be sure to register for the convention if you’d like to meet these guests, as PMC is not a yearly event, and features a wealth of panels, events, and even exclusive merchandise. Saban Brands also supports the event, and has used it as a platform in the past to make announcements for the future of the show, such as the first public appearance of the Power Rangers: Dino Charge cast at PMC4.
