Kamen River Kiva is making a comeback. As I clutch my pearls at the thought of it already being a decade since this amazing fantasy action series left the airwaves, Kiva's celebrating its tenth anniversary in style. We've already heard of the new Blu-ray set coming to home video, as well as the introduction of fan-favorite actor Takeda Touhei making his recent debut as a mysterious new superpowered figure in the current series Kamen Rider Build. But why stop there? Surely there's some other way to bring honor to the bat-themed hero and his outrageous circle of friends and rivals as we look back on their wacky adventures together? Well, that's where Kamen Rider The Diner comes in.
As previously mentioned, Kamen Rider The Diner has been operating in Ikebukuro, Japan since 2011, serving ...
Welcome to Game Day here at Henshin Justice Unlimited. And to kick things off as we ring in a brand new year of justice, we've fired up the ole Playstation 4 to rock out Kamen Rider Climax Fighters, the hotly-anticipated video game based on the Kamen Rider television series.
Including all the monster-fighting title heroes from Kamen Rider Build, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kamen Rider Ghost, Kamen Rider Drive, Kamen Rider Gaim, and many others across the long-running Kamen Rider tokuscape, this game comes to us with an official English-language edition, making it of particular interest to many of us in the western fan community. Let's continue on from Part One, with a Game Walkthrough, coming at us from friends of justice, Total Justice Gaming.
Kamen Rider tops the Japanese box office again, with this final phase of the Heisei Era putting a cap on the current chapter of their long-running superhero franchise. Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL: Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Riders came in at #1 on the charts last week, surpassing the success of last year's annual winter crossover event, proving the lone masked heroes (when brought together so as not to be quite so lone anymore) still have what it takes to capture an audience.
As previously mentioned, the film gathers the title heroes from several past incarnations of the long and storied Rider saga, returning a number of lead stars (and multiple supporting actors) to our screens for one last hurrah (for now). Among them were Fukushi Sato as Gentaro aka high school student...
This has to be some kind of record.
Looking back, I can't recall a single Kamen Rider series that opened so strongly, with such consistent quality across the board, for a period as long as eight straight weeks. There may be some shows that started amazing but petered off a bit, others that steadily arc up from a slower opening, and more still that just kinda ride a wave of generally okay episodes back-to-back-to-back. None in memory can boast what Build can, not once suffering a major dip in quality in such a timeframe. It's still early in the show's run, but that's worth celebrating. Kamen Rider Build is not messing around.
Last we saw, the gruesome twosome Ryuuga and Sento were hot on the trail of a lead that could potentially solve the murder of the man their lives have been ine...

Hold onto your Pocky, anime fans. Batman is coming back to the Japanese animation world with an all-new project, descending upon us in 2018. This time, he brings with him a pool of talent that gave us the likes of the animated Afro Samurai as well as the special effects actioner Kamen Rider Fourze. While Batman inches one step closer to his apparent goal of filling every possible screen on every continent at the exact same time, here's a brief rundown of what we know so far.
This feature-length anime, titled simply Batman Ninja, is the work of director Mizusaki Junpei, whose talents were brought to several MegaMan X video games before landing a producing gig with the popular JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime.
Joining him is Nakashima Kazuki, best known to some of us as a lead writer f...
Five episodes into reviewing this marvelous TV show, and I'm wondering if Kamen Rider Build will even have episodes that don't contribute to the overall plot in some way. So far, every episode has majorly factored into the ongoing expansion of Build's world and the characters within, showing no signs of stopping. Let's dive into the events of Episode 5 and count up our title hero's list of fashion crimes.
As if the awesomeness of Build's dueling recaps couldn't get any better, we now have the cafe owner Soichi getting in on the narration game, opting for a slightly longer summation of recent events. My first thought is that, yeah, they actually kind of need this. There are some Kamen Rider shows where the recap feels almost like a waste, because they're not actually reviewing anything...
These two heroes may be more similar than you think. They fight for friendship and rocket punches! Kamen Rider Fourze and KyoryuRed rock out in "BRAVE KITAA!!"
