I’m 99% sure a Doctor whould agree with me when I say watching Saban’s Masked Rider can’t be good for your health. Well considering how much beer Matty drank to watch this I wouldn’t be surprised.
Anywho once again we the Random Crap Podcast team are here to bring you more review/discussion of the terrible, terrible show that is Saban’s Masked Rider.
WHY TONY OLIVER? WHY!?!
Also a thank you to Henshin Justice for allowing us to advertise here.
Guys and gals, this is it! To wrap up the fifth series of the show, yours truly joins forces with Paul “Igadevil” Sullivan to tackle Kikaider The Animation for a no-holds-barred discussion….sort of. It’s a short but sweet finale for our fourth year, get in on the action here!
While further HJU Radio is in the works, stop on over to the RatherOddRanger’s podcast and listen to their review of Saban’s horrendous Masked Rider Saga. Pretty sure the discussion should be nothing less than hilarious.
Anticipation is hyped for the new Ultraman movie, Mega-Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legends, set to come out next month! I sat down recently to have a chat with Dan Ewing, who plays the badass cybernetic hybrid, Dillon, on this season of Power Rangers. In our interview, we discuss his role in the series, how things might have changed when their first showrunner was replaced, and what his response is to some fans’ criticisms.
Hey guys and gals! Long time, no see, right? Get this: R5 Central’s now four years old! Seriously, as of August 9th, we’ve been making Podcasting at its Finest for four action-packed years! Thanks to everybody who’s had the guts to even stick with us up to now! So what can we do to celebrate the occasion? Go on a ridiculously epic tangent of course!
To top that, by listening to the episode, you can find out how you can win a copy of the Dragon Dynasty release of The Five Deadly Venoms! All this and more in Episode 60, which you can check out here!
First off I would just like to thank everyone who listened to our last couple podcasts. I’m not kidding when I say I was expecting a maximum of maaaaybe 14 downloads and if I got close to 20, I was going to feel pretty damn good about what we did. Instead the last several podcasts clocked in at about– –150 DOWNLOADS! And we’re not even on iTunes yet! I know that’s laughable for some other well established podcasts out there, but fuck damn if that ain’t a good start! Thanks everyone! Our ragtag group of guest hosts are as follows: Chad “Knux Five” Bonin from GaijInside.ComThe Famous IGADEVIL!WTF @ TFW’sVangelus who has a MOST rockin’ YouTube Channel Well, these podcasts coming at you are about a month old, but we finally got it out. We talk about how we all got in to tokusatsu, a little Kamen Rider V3, Kamen Rider Spirits, video games, toys, Transformers and after this we’ll be going on to Shinkenger and Kamen Rider Decade up to this point in the next two episodes. BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG thanks to forums members Inui Takumi, MaskedShuyuu, JayDog and Ragna D for all of your extra help in making this episode happen. Oh yeah.. also, MaskedShuyuu corrects me in there where I say that Japan Hero Jeff was under contract to give good reviews to whatever he got for Japan Hero. Buuuuut, I later found out the reason why what he got was getting good reviews was that he made sure to only request things he liked. That just needed clarification. Anyway, enjoy, have a nice weekend and we’ll be dropping Parts 2 & 3 over the next few days that cover Shinkenger and Decade talk. Thank you for listening. [Forum Discussion]
