Koichi Sakamoto Named Head Director of Kyoryuger

Koichi Sakamoto was confirmed as head director of the new Super Sentai series Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Early details on the suits were limited to dinosaur symbols, making it clear the series would carry a dinosaur theme.

Sakamoto began his career as action director on various Saban adaptations before rising to prominence in Japan directing Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy. He went on to work on Kamen Rider productions including Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate, and served as head director of Kamen Rider Fourze.
