Kamen Rider Wizard Confirmed to Run 53 Episodes
Toy catalogs had previously announced two Kamen Rider TV specials, and Figure-Oh magazine subsequently confirmed those specials would be counted within Kamen Rider Wizard’s official episode total, bringing the series to 53 episodes and making it the longest Heisei-era Kamen Rider series up to that point.
The final stretch of episodes was reported to include installments titled “The Beginning of the Sabbath,” “What Are Important Things?,” and “The Final Hope,” followed by the two closing episodes, “The Ring of Kamen Rider” and “Neverending Story.” Those two closing episodes were reported to be written by Sho Aikawa, previously head writer on Kamen Rider Blade, GoGo Sentai Boukenger, and the early run of Kamen Rider Decade, and directed by Hidenori Ishida. Per the earlier toy catalog reporting, Kamen Rider Gaim was expected to appear in one of the two final episodes.
