Minehiro Kinomoto in Movie Taisen 2013

Minehiro Kinomoto, who previously played Ryu Terui, also known as Kamen Rider Accel, was confirmed to appear in the upcoming Kamen Rider Movie Taisen. It remained unconfirmed at the time whether he would reprise Kamen Rider Accel specifically or take on a new character.

Toei held an open filming session for fans at Toei Kyoto Studio Park, commonly known as Eigamura, a location that has hosted shoots for multiple Kamen Rider productions. Alongside Kinomoto, Yutaka Kobayashi, who played Kamen Rider Baron, was also present at the studio for the film. The open filming took place September 17, 2013.
