New Details Revealed for Kamen Rider Gaim's Kiwami Arms

Additional magazine scans clarified how Kamen Rider Gaim’s Kiwami Arms functions. To transform into the form, Gaim must first be in Kachidoki Arms. The Kiwami Lockseed then goes onto the left side of the Sengoku Driver, in the slot normally occupied by the faceplate or Genesis Core. Gaim turns the key so that both Lockseeds’ panels rotate, at which point the armor flies off in a Cast Off-style sequence, his base suit changes color from dark blue to silver, and his visor shifts from orange to a multicolored design.

The scans also detailed the fruit layout on both Lockseeds involved. On the Kachidoki Lockseed, from left to right, the fruit cross-sections are Cherry, Peach, Lemon, Melon, Suika, Ichigo, Pine, and Orange. On the Kiwami Lockseed, from left to right, they are Kachidoki, Banana, Budou, Mango, Kiwi, Donguri, Matsubokkuri, Kurumi, and Durian, implying that Kiwami Arms draws on the powers of every Lockseed in the series.

Kiwami Arms was shown wielding two weapons not previously pictured, the Pine Iron and the Ichigo Kunai. In the form, Gaim can summon any Arms Weapon and can summon multiple weapons simultaneously, whether two of the same weapon or different ones together, such as the Budou Ryuhou, Musou Saber, and Daidaimaru at once. Separately, the scans noted that in episode 32 the villain Demushu evolves into a more powerful version of himself, gaining two blue horns on his shoulders, and confirmed two additional Overlords set to appear in the series: Deyudeyuonshu (green), whose name translates to Vermillion Bird, and Gurinsha (white), whose name translates to Bull and whose stated goal is to defeat Gaim.
