Teenagers with Attitude: An MMPR Fan Film

A long-awaited Mighty Morphin Power Rangers fan film, “Teenagers with Attitude,” went live after a lengthy wait, running nearly 30 minutes with notably strong production values for a fan production. The film reimagines the MMPR cast as teenagers before they meet Zordon and become the Power Rangers.

It was filmed over the weekend of June 28 and 29 that year, on a budget of roughly $500 funded entirely out of pocket by the filmmaker. Announcing the release on the film’s Facebook page, the creator wrote: “I didn’t feel like waiting until Wednesday to release ‘Teenagers With Attitude.’ So here it is! I highly encourage you watch all the way through the credits… Filmed on a weekend back in late June and I can honestly say this was definitely the most fun experience I’ve ever had working on a film project to date. It’s why I got into filmmaking in the first place! Kelvin, Sophia, Hayden, Jim, Jennifer! I love you guys!”
