Back in November 2019, Marvel Entertainment announced at the Tokyo Comic Con, that they would be collaborating with Tsuburaya Productions. The panel featured both, Marvel's editor-in-chief C.B. Cebulski and Tsuburaya Production's CEO Takayuki Tsukagoshi, as they announced the collaboration would be adapting the Ultra Series to comics. The comics intended would not necessarily adapt the various series/ films, but work to expand the productions and overarching lore.   Now, fast forward to yesterday at C2E2 (Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo). Last weekend, Tsuburaya Productions launched their official North American website for the Ultra Series. Titled, Ultraman Galaxy, this website feature various updates on the franchise and products. In addition, the site will eventually expand into being a database for the various heroes, aliens, and kaiju in the franchise. Furthermore, there is an entire section dedicated to how companies can contact Tsuburaya to license Ultraman for projects, as well as their current partners. In news that prompted a collective sigh of relief across the worldwide fan community this week, Tsuburaya Productions scored a major victory in its ongoing legal conflict with Thai company Chaiyo Productions as a jury ruled against Chaiyo collaborator UM Corporation over licensing rights to the popular Ultraman superhero franchise. Premium Bandai has revealed all-new exclusive S.H.Figuarts based on another Ultraman character, Alien Zarab. Previously Zarab was been made into Tamashii Nations figures, two exclusive Ultra-Acts, under his Imitation Ultraman guise. However, Alien Zarab will be made into a S.H.Figuarts, as its original self! Now, Alien Zarab made its debut in the original Ultraman series, in episode 18 "Brother from Another Planet." The official Ultraman Websitehas recently updated its section on the upcoming Amazon Japan Prime series, Ultraman Orb: The Origin Saga.
