It’s ladies night this time on HJU Radio. The boys take a break and for a change we let the Ladies of Justice take the mike to whisper sweet toku nothings in you ear. This turned out better than I hoped. I kid you not, they even tease us with doing the show topless, but on top of that some interesting insights into the world of Toku. I even got some education while listening to this regarding who the show runner is behind Goseiger this year.
They cover a lot of ground in their first episode. From Kamen Rider W to Shinkenger, to favorite villians they’d want to be and how three chicks like them got into toku in the first place.
Click on, download and relax with the girls for while. Girls in Trouble is now on the air!
Power Rangers RPM has come to an and and HJU Radio is here to sing it’s praise. Racial tension runs hysterically in this episode as we confuse black Rangers vs. Black Rangers and we all stand in salute to the end of a fantastic run. All of our thoughts and a brief discussion on what we think the future of the franchise will be…. or would like it to be.
Hats off to the longest running series of its kind. And WHAT an end! Great job to Eddie, Judd, and the cast and crew of Power Rangers RPM. I’d lost interest in Power Rangers a while back, so it’s awesome that the last series had me hook line and sinker.
Until the sun rises again on a world with Power Rangers….. may the power protect you.
HJU Radio is back again with another episode for all you lovers of the J-U-S-T to the I-C-E. In Part 1 of episode 12, we talk about Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, a little LOST, some Battlestar Galactica, toys, some community love, and lastly my game of the year… Mass Effect 2.
Part 2 will bring us to the Power Rangers RPM Talk UP, so stay tuned.
Also, I wanted to take this time to say that CAPCOM loves us. That’s right, THE video game company of our fandom sent HJU a copy of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom which, if we were to have an official fighting game of our site… this would be it. Well… at least for us Westerns that will never see Climax Heroes over on our shores. TvC has more henshin heroes than you can shake a changer at and a lot of Capcom’s finest all in one game. They know we’re out here and they know we love our Japan Heroes. I have to admit… I’m no fighting game fan. I turned this over to another one of our own who DOES love fighting games, KC Katastrophe in exchange for cupcakes. I’m more of a MegaMan ZX fan if anything. I like action, shooters and RPG’s. Fighters aren’t my thing, but for the many fight fans we DO have here… this is no question. Click into the podcast to listen to Chad Bonin of Gaijinside’s full breakdown of the blessed within the game.
For more Tatsunoko vs. Capcom love… check out the GameTrailers review. Thanks again to Capcom and keep the hits coming!
This was insanely awesome and fun. Stephen Lunsford the Dragon Knight and Carrie Reichenbah the Wielder of the Siren Deck sit down with me and Vangelus for a pretty entertaining review of LEGION. In the geek section we talk about everything from Darksiders, Jekyll, Glee, Private Practice and some action figure yappery. Be warned, this is a spoiler review, but the movie itself is pretty cliche and you really won’t be ruined to find out a lot of people die and the good guys win. Click on and listen in on how much Carrie doesn’t quite get Leroy Jenkins references and how much of a badass geek Lunsford is.
Big thanks to Stephen and Carrie and we hope to do it again soon!
Here’s our latest episode to help you either get through the weekend or if you’re like me, you save it for later to get you through the next week. Like the title says, we go head to head with the MUCH anticipated Kamen Rider Decade: All Rider vs. DaiShocker! Onore podcasto! Click on, download and find how which of us loved the film… and which of us hated the film! O__O
Also, if you can hook us up with your reviews on iTunes, that would be greatly appreciated.
As always, thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy.
